Retail items
Unused retail items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions.

Custom kits
Custom personalised and team-branded kits are made to order and cannot be returned. If anything arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake or repair it — that's the Goal standard.

Defects
Report any manufacturing issue within 30 days with photos and your order reference, and our QC team will take care of it.
